SHIPPING

CIN PARIS ships worldwide.

All of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in small quantities to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and sustainability. Once we receive all required information, your order will be processed and prepared for production.

Production times vary depending on the piece, but generally range from 2 to 4 weeks. We believe in delivering thoughtful, high-quality creations—and timeless pieces take time, but they’re always worth the wait.  

As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or shipping number to follow your parcel’s journey.

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Paris, France, via trusted global couriers.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s). 

Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country.

It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
