How long will my order take?
Most of our pieces are made to order in our Paris atelier. Production and delivery take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. If a piece is already in stock, we dispatch it within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Paris, France, with global couriers. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Will I have to pay import duties?
Orders within the EU have no import duties. For orders outside the EU, our shipments are DAP (delivery at place): any import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs when the parcel arrives, and are paid by the recipient. Please see our Shipments, Returns & Refunds page for details.
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces use French sizing (34 to 44). Each product page shows the model's height and the size she is wearing. If you're unsure, write to us at contact@cin-paris.com with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
Can a piece be made to my measurements?
Yes. We offer made-to-measure and bespoke pieces. Visit our Custom-Made page or contact us at contact@cin-paris.com to arrange an appointment.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Email contact@cin-paris.com with your order details and the reason for your return, and we'll send you a return label. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Full conditions are on our Shipments, Returns & Refunds page.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, as soon as we've received and checked the item. PayPal refunds appear immediately; card refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Most of our pieces are dry clean only.
What makes CIN pieces different?
Every piece is handcrafted in our Paris atelier from carefully sourced, unused deadstock fabrics, and produced in limited quantities. Read more in The Manifesto.
