Shipments, Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING

CIN PARIS ships worldwide. 

We will process and dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days for in stock items, once we have received all information required.  

Depending on the piece you have ordered, you will be notified of the production time. Approximately 3 to 6 weeks delay. We strive to deliver you high-quality, hand-crafted pieces; and timeless pieces take their time, but are worth the wait. 

You will receive an email including a link or shipping number to track your order immediately after we have arranged your shipment.  

All of our orders are dispatched with global couriers from our atelier in Paris, France. 

NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s). 

Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country.

It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We take pride in every piece coming out of our atelier. Each item is hand-crafted and quality checked before shipping. If an item you received is not what you were expecting, we will happily take it back.  


Within 14 days you can process a return or exchange request by contacting contact@cin-paris.com, we will send you the details to ship the item back to us.

Please mention your invoice/order details and reason of return when requesting a return or exchange, we will then send you a return label to proceed.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. 

Items returned more than 7 days after reception of return label, in a non-resalable condition, or with missing tags, won’t be eligible for a full refund. But we will be happy to process you store credit for 25% of the value of the item, we will upcycle and recondition items that are no longer in resalable condition.
 
REFUNDS 

We issue refunds immediately following the receipt and inspection of the item at our atelier. 

You will receive your refund through the same payment method you used to place your order. 

Paypal refunds will appear immediately on your account.

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before appearing on your account, the processing time is dependent on your bank / payment processor. 

Shipping costs are not refunded.
