Terms of Sale – CIN PARIS

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from CIN PARIS via our website or other authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products and Availability

All CIN PARIS pieces are made-to-order or crafted in limited quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are only considered final once full payment has been received and confirmed. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not signify acceptance of your order—it is a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance occurs once production begins or the product is shipped.

3. Production Time

As all pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, estimated production time ranges from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the piece. We strive to meet these timelines, but delays may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work. No refunds or cancellations will be granted due to standard production delays within this timeframe.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT (if applicable under EU law). Shipping costs and duties (where applicable) are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely using authorized third-party providers. We accept major credit cards and other listed payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Paris, France, using trusted global couriers. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary by destination and are not included in the production time. CIN PARIS is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or force majeure events.

6. Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on the CIN PARIS website are the intellectual property of CIN PARIS and may not be used, copied, or distributed without express written permission.

9. Liability

CIN PARIS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from sales transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
